Can’t say enough great things about Katie! She is so knowledgeable about the local markets, which makes her extremely effective at searching, negotiating and getting through all the paperwork and details of selling or buying a home. Plus she’s so friendly, flexible and patient – so easy to work with! Katie helped me sell my condo so much faster than anticipated (and at an amazing price) – which resulted in paperwork while we were out of the country on our Honeymoon – but no problem, she took care of everything, no worries! Then she helped us find an amazing house in a neighborhood I never thought I’d be able to afford for a first home – a forever home right off the bat!
