Katie is the best! My husband and entrusted her to sell our first home and her recommendations on price, open house, and timing were spot on. We sold our home the first day it went on the market! We also looked at multiple homes in multiple neighborhoods and Katie was proactive in scheduling and getting us in to see the homes in a timely manner. She was a valuable resource in helping narrow our search to which neighborhood and home would suit our family best.
